The Beach bowl series was created from my love of the Great Lakes. Spending most of my summers from the age of 10 on Lake Michigan and traveling to see all of them over time, I have fallen in love with the color and power of the water and waves. The endless hours spent on the beach listening to the waves and hunting for "sea" glass and beautiful stones has always inspired me. The bowls are like snapshots of the beaches and water I have encountered in my life.
